1. What Fast track posture Does.
FTP helps clients identify and learn correct movement and exercise patterns for healthy living and fitness progress.
2. Using Our Site
By visiting our services or contacting us, you’re agreeing to communicate electronically. That includes receiving emails and other digital communications from us.
If you create an account:
- You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.
- Don’t share your account or let others use it.
- We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.
3. Privacy and Security
We don’t store sensitive information like your login or billing details for other services. We’re also not responsible for any breaches involving third-party platforms we work with.
4. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to be a client at Vital Athletics. If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission before using our services.

Fast Track Posture may contain links to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or changes.
6. External Services
Some features on Fast Track Posture are powered by third-party services. By using those, you allow us to share data with those services when necessary to provide you with a feature.

11. No Group Lawsuits
You agree to resolve disputes individually. You can’t join a class-action lawsuit against Vital Athletics, LLC.

Fast Track Posture is offered “as is.” We can’t guarantee everything will work perfectly all the time, and we’re not liable for any losses or damages from using our site or services.
13. Ending Access
We may suspend or terminate your services to Vital Athletics, LLC at any time with notice.
14. Ending Access
If access to the services of Fast Track Posture have been suspended or terminated, Vital Athletics LLC has the policy to refund the full value paid to begin service.
15. Refund Policy
If a client was not terminated and chooses a refund after all sessions of a course, they have 15 calendar days past their last session to request it. After 15 calendar days, they will no longer be eligible to a refund.
16. Legal Info
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia State. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted here.
