2. Onboarding & Preparation

After the call, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including simple posture photo instructions and what to expect in your first session.

3. Four Core Coaching Sessions

The first (4) 50 minute Zoom sessions will teach you key posture and movement techniques, provide real-time feedback, and track visible changes to your posture.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt. Can this help me?

Yes, absolutely. Through my sessions, I teach you what a neutral, healthy spinal position looks like and how it differs from anterior and posterior pelvic tilt. While all three positions are part of natural human movement, most people can't identify when they're in each position or understand the impact on their comfort. Once I explain and demonstrate these concepts, clients often have an "aha moment" where everything suddenly clicks into place.

How do you coach remotely? Doesn’t it have to be hands-on?

Not at all. In fact, many of my in-person clients say the Zoom process is even more effective. I guide you through movements while providing crucial visual feedback during the session. These images let me show you on screen exactly what’s happening in your body and what needs to change.

Will this work for me if I’ve had bad posture and back pain for years?

Yes, I’ve worked with clients in their 50s and 60s who’ve reversed decades of tension and stiffness. It’s never too late to retrain your posture because your brain and body are still adaptable. If you’re coachable and willing to take action, we can make progress together.

However, I am not currently taking clients with frontal plane posture issues. This includes uneven hips, uneven shoulders, uneven feet.
