Why do you use posture and back pain interchangeably? I don't slouch and that is not the source of my back pain.

When I discuss posture, I'm examining the three segments of the spine that comprise it and the muscles that work alongside it to control movement. There are multiple ways to sit incorrectly, and each may create a different problem. What many people don't realize is that you can sit with seemingly perfect posture and still experience discomfort from muscular strain. I have anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt. Can this help me?
