Frequently Asked Questions

I have anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt. Can this help me?

Yes, absolutely. Through my sessions, I teach you what healthy spinal posture looks like and how it differs from unhealthy alternatives. While all these positions are options of natural human movement, oftentimes problems  start when they're in the inappropriate position for too long.

Oftentimes, once I explain and demonstrate these concepts, clients often have an "aha moment" where everything suddenly clicks into place.

How do you coach remotely? Doesn’t it have to be hands-on?

Not at all. In fact, many of my in-person clients say the Zoom process is even more effective. I guide you through movements while providing crucial visual feedback during the session. These images let me show you on screen exactly what’s happening in your body and what needs to change.

Will this work for me if I’ve had bad posture and back discomfort for years?

Yes, I’ve worked with clients in their 50s and 60s who’ve reversed decades of tension and stiffness. It’s never too late to retrain your posture because your brain and body are still adaptable. If you’re coachable and willing to take action, we can make progress together.

Are there any types of clients I don't work with.

I work with all clients that need help with posture on the sagittal plane. This includes postural issues such as: Anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, poor neck posture etc:

However, I am not currently taking clients with frontal plane posture issues. This includes uneven hips, uneven shoulders, uneven feet. 

Can posture really be Improved so quickly?

Yes, meaningful change can absolutely happen in 2-3 weeks. With the right coaching and consistent action, you’ll start seeing and feeling the difference fast.
